Consenting to and confirming the nomination of Mr. Lipar L. George to serve as the Director of the Department of Finance & Administration

BE IT RESOLVED, that this Thirteenth Kosrae State Legislature, on its First Regular Session, February, 2023, hereby consents to and confirms the nomination of Mr. Lipar L. George to serve as the Director of the Department of Finance & Administration; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that certified copies of this resolution be transmitted to The Honorable Tulensa W. Palik, Governor of the State of Kosrae; and to Mr. Lipar L. George.
