BE IT RESOLVED, that the members of the 13th Kosrae State Legislature find that the adoption of the Administrative Rules of the Kosrae State Legislature by resolution, is necessary and required by both rules and statute; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that certified copies of this resolution be transmitted to The Honorable Tulensa W. Palik, Governor of the State of Kosrae.
