Consenting to and confirming  to the nomination of Mr. Alister Tolenoa to serve as a member of the Kosrae Island Resources Management Authority Board of Directors

BE IT RESOLVED, the members of the Thirteenth Kosrae State Legislature, on its First Regular Session, February 2023, hereby consent and confirm the nomination of Mr. Alister l Tolenoa to serve as a member of the Kosrae Island Resources Management Authority Board of Directors; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that certified copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Honorable Tulensa W. Palik, Governor of the State of Kosrae.
