BE IT RESOLVED, by the members of the Thirteenth Kosrae State Legislature, First Regular Session, February, 2023, in recognition of his many years performing his civic duties and dedicated services to the people and State Government of Kosrae, hereby express their utmost appreciation to Mr. Esau S. Esau and further wishing him continued success in the years ahead; and
